Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees and local
sales tax, which are the sole responsibility of the customer. We declare
accurate order values and do not mark packages as “gift” to evade duties.
Order issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at

the carrier; claims typically take 5–10 business days.
