We offer a 30-day return window for unworn, unused items in their original
packaging.
- To start a return, email hello@gemnorra.com with your order number.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, unless defective.
- Gift cards and personalized items are final sale.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is
defective or we shipped the wrong item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business
days of our warehouse receiving the return.
Damaged or defective items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, email a photo within 7 days of
delivery. We will replace it or issue a full refund, including return
shipping.
EU / UK statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits the consumer rights granted under applicable law,
including the 14-day right of withdrawal for customers in the EU and UK.
