Are your stones real?
Yes. We use natural stones. Because they are natural, each piece varies in
color, pattern, and size. Treat treated or dyed stones are labeled as such.
Do crystals have healing powers?
We sell jewelry and decorative objects, not medical products. Throughout
history, cultures have associated different stones with symbolic meanings;
we may reference those traditions, but we make no scientific or medical
claims. If you have a medical concern, consult a qualified healthcare
professional.
What size bracelet should I order?
Measure your wrist with a soft tape and add 1–1.5 cm for a comfortable fit.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Avoid water, perfume, lotion and prolonged sun exposure. Wipe with a soft
cloth and store in the included pouch. Clasp bracelets should not be worn
while sleeping or exercising.
Where do you ship and how much?
US: free over $50; $4.95 under. Canada/EU/UK: $9.95.
Delivery: 3–5 business days US, 7–14 international.
What is your return policy?
Unworn items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days for a full
refund. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Customers cover
return shipping unless the item is defective.
Will I pay customs or import tax?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the
buyer’s responsibility. We list accurate product values on customs forms and
do not mark orders as gifts.
